Our commercial team work with over 300 suppliers to ensure we have the right mix of product for our members, as well as the best commercial terms. The 12-strong team work daily with suppliers to negotiate excellent staff incentives, overrides, commissions and educational trips for staff.

Our head office operations and partnerships team in Sunderland are here to support the development of your business. In addition we have our own intranet system, the IG Hub, providing you with information as and when you need it.

We have an award-winning training team who provide a bespoke training programme for every Hays Travel Independence Group member, free of charge. Training takes place in Sunderland, in branch where appropriate and via WebEx and videos.

Our finance team are on hand to answer any financial queries you may have. You will have access to daily commission reports, and the team are great at helping our members make the most of these for financial planning. You will also benefit from our state-of-the-art selling system which manages your bookings seamlessly through to our back office system without the need for any manual intervention. Our head office team in Sunderland look after all the boring administration on your behalf, leaving you free to get on with running your business.

We offer a state-of-the-art IT package, which includes access to a ‘live chat’ and telephone support team who are experienced at resolving issues remotely with little disruption to users, access to best-in-class anti-virus protection, a fully managed backup service, and the provision of high-quality equipment and connections, if necessary.
